PRICING FAQ

What people ask before they pay

What exactly do I get for $2,500?
A full Screaming Frog crawl, technical SEO and AEO scoring, a keyword cluster map, a competitor gap assessment, and a sitemap with build order, delivered as a private pitch portal with an 8-minute walkthrough video.
Is the $2,500 really credited?
Yes. If you proceed with a rebuild, the full Discovery fee comes off the build price. It is not a deposit and it is not partially applied.
What if I do not proceed?
You keep the portal, the blueprint, and the build order. It is written so any competent team can execute it, including your in-house person.
Why is the build range $15K to $65K+?
Scope. Page count, service areas, content production, integrations, and how much of the existing site can be salvaged. Discovery is what turns the range into one number.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. A monthly settlement option is available on the rebuild so the build does not have to land as a single capital expense.
Do you charge a retainer?
No mandatory retainer. Ongoing local search and AEO work is optional and quoted separately once the build is live.
Who actually does the work?
One engineer, start to finish. No account team, no offshore handoff, no junior rebuild of the deliverable.
How long does a rebuild take?
Most builds run six to twelve weeks after Discovery, driven mainly by content readiness on your side.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site, the content, the schema, and the hosting account are yours. No proprietary platform lock-in.
What if we already have a site we like?
Then a rebuild may be the wrong purchase. Discovery says so in writing rather than selling you the bigger project.
