GENERAL
What exactly do you do?
We build and run the search and conversion infrastructure for home service contractors: AI answer visibility, local search position, and the website that turns both into booked jobs.
Do you work with trades outside HVAC, plumbing, and electrical?
Not currently. The depth that makes the work effective comes from staying narrow.
How can I verify the results you publish?
Every case study on this site is anonymised at the client’s request, with the trade, market size, and measurement window stated. The numbers come from GA4, Search Console, call tracking, and monthly prompt runs, and the raw reporting is shown on the Discovery call.
PROCESS
How does an engagement start?
Always with the $2,500 Paid Discovery audit. Five business days, delivered as a private pitch portal with a scoped growth plan.
What do you need from us?
Access to the site, the Google Business Profile, and analytics. Everything else, including service areas and how jobs are booked today, comes from the booking form. No calls needed.
How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on page count, which Discovery settles. A scoped timeline is agreed before any build work begins.
PRICING
How much is the audit?
$2,500, fixed. It is credited against a rebuild if you go ahead.
How much is a rebuild?
Between $15,000 and $65,000+, depending on the scope Paid Discovery defines. Monthly settlement is available, so the build does not land as a single capital expense.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. A monthly settlement option is available so the build does not land as a single capital expense.
TECHNICAL
What do you build on?
EtchWP with ACSS for the design system, ACF Pro for structured content, and WS Form for lead capture, on WordPress.
Will we lose our rankings?
Redirects are mapped page by page before launch and index coverage is verified after. Existing equity moves with you.
Do you handle schema and llms.txt?
Both, on every build, written into the templates rather than added by a plugin.
